September 2024 – ATTENTION OWNERS – Water Damage Coverage
It is important to NOTE that all unit owners need to make sure that they have their own condominium unit owners policy for water damage since State Farm is cancelling Val D’Isere on 9/17/24. As of 9/17/24 there will be NO WATER DAMAGE COVERAGE available by the HOA. Owners should contact their insurance company and make the needed adjustments to their individual unit’s policy.
